Hello, my name is Jordan Harris, and I’m thrilled to be preparing for my third year with Youthlinc, this time will be my second time as an alum. I’m raising money to join a service trip to Rwanda in the summer of 2025, where our team will work to make a lasting difference in the local community.

Since I was young, I’ve always loved helping others, volunteering whenever I could. My service journey started long before Youthlinc. In 2022, I joined a mission trip to assist flood victims along the Yellowstone River in Montana. I’ve since devoted my time to service, both locally and internationally. I devote many hours locally to be able to go on this trip, like at Beacon Crest Senior Living, an elderly home where I’ve created many memories.

In 2023, I went on a trip with Youthlinc to Nepal, where I built friendships not only with the people on my team but also with the local people. Despite not having much, everyone we met greeted us with gratitude and smiles on their face. The following year, I traveled to Ecuador with my sister and a friend from school, allowing us to share the unforgettable experiences of giving back together.

Now, I’m excited to bring my passion for service to Rwanda, where I hope to help the community grow and thrive. To make this trip possible, I need to raise $4149 by May 2025. Here is my goal for each month:
