I will be staying under the shadow of Mount Everest in a little village in Nepal called Godawari. I am a part of the health committee, and I am so excited to help teach about and provide clean water using water filters. We have an amazing in country cordinator that is telling us from the ground what they need. I am so excited to learn more about Nepal's culture and meet new people. I am going with a fun and diverse group of people from various high schools in Utah. I leave on June 5th, and before my trip, I will be completing 80 hours of local community service.
