I am so excited to be joining Youthlinc on my first humanitarian trip. It has always been a dream of mine to travel to another country and work within their communities and learn their cultures. I am super excited to travel to Thailand in July 2020, with my sister, to work at a local villiage. There I will be helping teach English, construction, and helping kids learn basic health skills. In order to do this huminitarian trip I will need to complete 80 hours of local community service, do a clothing drive for Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and collect supplies for those in Thailand. In order to make this possible, I need to raise $2,000 for the 2 1/2 week trip. If anyone is able to donate, it would be greatly appreciated! If 50 people are willing to donate just $50, it will cover the trip and make this possible for me and I will be able to serve those locally and in Thailand!

Youthlinc is a Utah non-profit organization dedicated to creating lifetime humanitarians through local and international service. Service Year students contribute 80 hours of local service before their international service trip. In monthly meetings, students - mentored by adult professionals - take leadership roles in planning educational, community health, business development, vocational training and cultural exchange initiatives that are implemented in a small village outside Chang Mai, Thailand next summer.
