In the summer of 2020, I will be going to Vietnam to help the people get a more accessible water source. Until then I will be doing a lot of local service to get me more prepared for this amazing opportunity. In the past I have done many hours of service for my neighbors such as raking leaves, shoveling driveways, and other household chores. I also volunteer at Project Homeless Connect, which is a one day event in the fall where over 100 service providers donate their time to help out those experiencing homelessness. All of this local service has made me even more excited to help those in Vietnam!
