I currently volunteer at my high school's pantry which was designed to help students within my school stay healthy through donated clothes, food and hygiene items! I spend time after school organizing and shelving things and helping students find whatever they need. I also look forward to begin volunteering at Primary Childrens Hospital! I hope to be able to play my violin for patients there and spend time with kids. I can't wait to serve in my community and in Nepal!

Youthlinc is a Utah non-profit organization dedicated to creating lifetime humanitarians through local and international service. Service Year students contribute 80 hours of local service before their international service trip. In monthly meetings, students - mentored by adult professionals - take leadership roles in planning educational, community health, business development, vocational training and cultural exchange initiatives that are implemented in a small village outside Kathmandu, Nepal next summer.
